Francisco Javier sent a [**complaint to León Town Council via EasyFeedback**](https://www.easyfeedback.com/laexperiencia/mobile/ayuntamiento-de-leon) through [**EasyFeedback**](https://www.easyfeedback.com/en/index.html) to complain about a sanction that was imposed on him and which he did not consider to be justified.

By sending the complaint through EasyFeedback he received a very quick response from the City Council.

Barceló Hotel Group gave a quick response to G. who has rated the attention with a 10.
