Pedro **[sent a complaint through EasyFeedback to Balsareny Town Council ](https://www.easyfeedback.com/laexperiencia/mobile/ayuntamiento-de-balsareny)** to seek an explanation regarding a public security camera installed by the local council on a public road.

He thanks **[EasyFeedback](https://www.easyfeedback.com/en/index.html)** for enabling him to send the complaint to Balsareny Town Council via the platform and for the ease with which he was able to send the complaint using our forms.

## [Inca Town Council gets a 10](https://www.easyfeedback.com/laexperiencia/mobile/ayuntamiento-de-inca)

Juan Miguel sent a [**complaint to Inca Council via EasyFeedback**](https://www.easyfeedback.com/laexperiencia/mobile/ayuntamiento-de-inca) through [**EasyFeedback**](https://www.easyfeedback.com/en/index.html) due to a problem with the street lighting in the town, which is too bright and makes it impossible (among other things) to sleep with the windows open in summer.

By sending the complaint through EasyFeedback he received a very quick response from the City Council.
