At **Volvo Arregui**, they have physically displayed the Certificate on their premises to give their customers the opportunity to submit feedback.

To do this, they have used a stand with built-in NFC technology. NFC is a short-range wireless communication technology that enables data to be exchanged between two devices (such as mobile phones) when they are brought close together, usually within 4–15 cm, without the need for cables.

The device is sent to the customer pre-programmed by us, so that when they bring their mobile phone close to it, it takes them to the URL of your company profile on EasyFeedback. It also features a sticker with a QR code that takes them to the company profile URL as well.
