Isabel made a complained to Scalpers via EasyFeedback about the broken sneakers she had purchased and requested a replacement.

"I bought some sneakers in July and in a few months they broke so that they were unusable. Immediately, after my email, they replied asking me to send the electronic ticket (as I bought them online) and that when they received them they would send me a gift card for the amount. I have already received the gift card."

After sending a complaint through EasyFeedback to Lidl to ask for help for an order placed for a product that did not work. When she wanted to return the product, she tried to contact Customer Service by phone and when she was unsuccessful, she contacted EasyFeedback. Maria rates the solution she received as a 10.

"I have been refunded the amount of the product because they had no repair service. Very grateful for the speed and response. A few days ago they put the same shirt iron back on sale and I bought it. It gives me a lot of confidence to know that if any problem arises I can solve it without difficulty, as it has been in this case. Thank you very much and highly recommended service."

Dany sent his complaint to KFC Colombia through EasyFeedback about a poorly handled order with missing products.
The response given by KFC Colombia deserved a 10.

"Thank you very much, they called me and told me to come by KFC they gave me the box with the chicken and as a courtesy two ice creams they said sorry for what happened."
