Josefina sent a Complaint to the Hospital General de la Defensa de Zaragoza through EasyFeedback due to a problem that arose when changing a medical appointment.

María sent his complaint to Cotsco Wholesale through EasyFeedback for progressive glasses that were not properly prescribed. The response given by Costco deserved a 10.

"I had a problem with the glasses lenses. I contacted customer service and the response was immediate, they refunded my money. The treatment was very good."
