The company received the complaint through EasyFeedback and contacted him immediately. By contacting EasyFeedback, he received an immediate response and was able to solve his problem.

Juan José sent a Complaint to Arroyomolinos Town Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback to complain to the Town Council about traffic lights that do not work properly and pose a danger to traffic.

because he couldn’t get in touch with Decathlon by phone due to a problem with the technical characteristics of a product.

Asunción complained to Coppel through EasyFeedback for a product in poor condition that she was unable to complain about to Coppel customer service. She gave us a 10 for being able to send the complaint through EasyFeedback and receive the response from Coppel.

After sending a complaint to McDonald’s Spain through EasyFeedback because of the malfunctioning of the McAuto. On several occasions he has been short of products when ordering from the McAuto. He is grateful for the quick and favourable response from McDonald’s Spain.
