Luis sent a Complaint to Rivas-Vaciamadrid Town Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback to complain to the City Council about some graffiti on Rosa de Luxemburgo Street.

By submitting the complaint through EasyFeedback he received an immediate response.

M. sent his complaint to Benetton through EasyFeedback for the disappointment suffered by her due to the poor quality of the clothing purchased. A quality much lower than what she remembered from other collections.

"They responded to me very quickly, and urged me to send photos, purchase receipts, of the garments that I considered to be of increasingly worse quality, the labels, etc. and where they were purchased. Impeccable response."
