Eduardo sent a complaint through EasyFeedback to Cinemex about the poor quality of service and facilities at Cinemex that detracted from his experience in the cinema when he went to see a movie. He thanks EasyFeedback for being able to send the complaint to Cinemex through the platform and the resolution of the issues.

"First of all, thank you very much for your attention.
You answered me and gave me a solution to the problems we had been having with the toilets, the projectors and the candy boxes, now the service is excellent, as it was 2 months ago.
I usually go with my family 2 or 3 times a week and we will continue to enjoy the magic of the cinema.
Thanks to EasyFeedback for interceding for us customers and being listened to and attended to immediately is something to be thankful for.

Richard sent a Complaint to Viladecans Town Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback to complain to the City Council about the lack of street lighting in some areas of the municipality and requests that the service be provided.

because there is a product that she used to buy that has disappeared from the supermarkets and she wanted to know if they were going to bring it back.

T.M. complained to Lefties through EasyFeedback because she wanted to return a product and had a lot of problems returning it. She rates the response from Lefties with a 10.

"I wanted to exchange a garment and I lost the receipt. I contacted Lefties customer service through EasyFeedback and they rescued the ticket because I paid by credit card."

After sending a complaint to Nike through EasyFeedback  because of the poor quality of the shoes, which after a few months of use have become totally unusable. Máximo asked for an explanation.

"I bought a pair of Nike flying shoes eight months ago and the sole broke in half at the bottom. I contacted Nike and explained the case and they told me to return the shoes and they would give me my money back as I had a two year guarantee on the shoes."

María Soledad sent his complaint to Kinepolis through EasyFeedback for a double charge that had been made to them and had not been refunded. María Soledad requested a refund from Kinepolis Spain and the response was positive.
