María Pilar sent a Complaint to Cartagena Town Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback to complain to the City Council to complain to the council about the lack of street lighting in some areas of the municipality and requests that the service be provided.

KFC Colombia gave a quick response to Paola who has rated the attention with a 10.

"They called me and apologised and sent me the missing product and a compensation product. The service has always been very good and the products very delicious. We all have mistakes. No problem, I still recommend them and will continue to use their products.”

After sending a complaint to Aquaservice through EasyFeedback  because on some occasions, orders have been delivered one unit less than what is contracted. I.C. asked for an explanation.

"I was called immediately and the delivery man was back with the missing carafe in no time."
