Hugo sent a Complaint to Scalpers through EasyFeedback because a garment they bought broke shortly after wearing it and it was not of the quality they were used to from the brand.

Eztizen complains to Hero Spain through EasyFeedback to bring to Hero’s attention that they bought a product that contained much less than the quantity indicated on the packaging. He rates the response from Hero Spain with a 10.

"The same as I made a complaint I thank them now as they responded quickly and told me that they were going to send me the replacement package and they have sent me more things along with the response of the event.
