I bought from Mercadona a lasagna of dishes prepared for heating in the oven or microwave. I followed the instructions to heat it in the microwave, but the appliance melted.
I filed a complaint through Easyfeedback, and I got a reply from Mercadona that same night. They took the necessary steps to communicate the problem to the company supplying them with these products, and they contacted me.
Everything was very fast and correct, they sent to pick up the appliance at my house and in a couple of days they brought it to me repaired.
I am satisfied with the resolution of the problem and both companies have behaved responsibly.
