After using EasyFeedback to complain to Massanassa Town Council about noise pollution in her street, Laura gave the council a 10 for responding quickly and effectively to her complaint.
"There was a problem with a manhole cover that was making a lot of noise. They got back to me super early on Monday morning at 8am and by Tuesday at around the same time they were fixing the problem, so great."
