Georgina sent a complaint through EasyFeedback to Tous Mexico  because of the poor service she received at the store when trying to make a return. The staff were very rude to her, and she is still waiting for a response to her request. Shee thanks EasyFeedback for enabling her to send the complaint to Tous Mexico via the platform and for the ease with which she was able to send the complaint using our forms.

"I suppose EasyFeedback's intervention did play a role in the end, since I'd been told that Tous Spain was denying my request. Besides, the staff leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism and attitude. Alfredo complains to Ale-hop through EasyFeedback because you bought an item at a physical store that didn’t open until it arrived in your city (where there isn’t an Ale-hop store). Request an exchange or refund from Ale-hop through EasyFeedback. He rated the response he received from Ale-hop with a 10.

"I bought some wireless headphones in a shop in Valencia while traveling, and they didn't work properly. Since I live in Menorca, the only Ale-Hop store is at the airport, inside the departure area, so it's inaccessible to non-travelers. They contacted me quickly and are sending me a new pair by mail to my home address. I'm waiting to receive them, but the solution they offered was prompt and appropriate for the problem."
