Víctor sent a complaint through EasyFeedback to the San Carlos Hospital  because of a pending appointment for an MRI related to a medical consultation. They weren’t responding to his complaint. Shee thanks EasyFeedback for enabling her to send the complaint to the San Carlos Hospital via the platform and for the ease with which he was able to send the complaint using our forms.

María Dolores sent a complaint to Cobeña Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback due to a problem with rat nests in one area of the town. By sending the complaint through EasyFeedback he received a very quick response from the City Council.

"The pest control company hired by the council came to speak to me about the matter two days later, and I can confirm that they placed rodent bait in the locations I indicated; therefore, it was a swift response, which I hope will be sufficient. Thank you."

Viviana submitted a complaint to Parfois privately through EasyFeedback because of a brightly coloured scarf that stained her skin and her bag, and when she washed it, it lost all its colour. By submitting her complaint through EasyFeedback, Viviana got the problem resolved.

"The issue was resolved straight away; it turned out to be a product that had a manufacturing fault. Everything was perfect, the service was top-notch, and the staff at the Parfois shop in the Arenas Shopping Centre were, as always, very friendly. Thank you."

Reinaldo sent a Complaint to Rituals through EasyFeedback because of the poor service she received at one of the Rituals shops. Rituals gave a quick response to Reinaldo who has rated the attention with a 10.

"Yes, I went back to the shop to do some shopping and the manager was absolutely brilliant; she was very receptive to the complaint I’d sent in. I actually bought some other Rituals products that I like, and the service I received was excellent. I hope the other person I mentioned the other day treats me just as well.”
