Pedro sent a complaint through EasyFeedback to Balsareny Town Council  to seek an explanation regarding a public security camera installed by the local council on a public road.

Juan Miguel sent a complaint to Inca Council via EasyFeedback through EasyFeedback due to a problem with the street lighting in the town, which is too bright and makes it impossible (among other things) to sleep with the windows open in summer. By sending the complaint through EasyFeedback he received a very quick response from the City Council.
