After making a complaint to the Badalona City Council through EasyFeedback to solve the problem of dirt in a park, Francisca gave a 9 for the response and service she received.

Xavier sent a complaint to La Tagliatella through EasyFeedback about the bad service he received in one of their restaurants. The response from La Tagliatella deserves a 10 for the kindness and attention given to him by the chain manager.

"We are regular customers of several Tagliatella's in Barcelona. We have always been very happy with their quality and service. But in Igualada we had a rather bad and unpleasant experience. After we made our complaint, the person responsible for the brand got in touch with me. A very friendly person told me that he had looked into the case, spoken to the restaurant in Igualada and assured me that the problem had been resolved for future occasions. I do not think it is worth explaining what happened as the problem should be solved for the near future. I appreciate the kindness and the way of acting of the person in charge of the Tagliatella chain.

After sending a complaint through EasyFeedback to Suzuki Mexico about a poorly done car inspection, Arturo received an excellent response from Suzuki Mexico, scoring him a 10/10.

"They booked me in for a check up, put the computer in and it came back with a battery failure and they gave me a full warranty on my battery. Thank you Suzuki Tlalnepantla."
