"I was very disappointed with the purchase I made through Groupon (it arrived broken and was not what the photo showed). I was unable to complain or return it. I did it through EasyFeedback and got a quick and efficient response. Very happy."

José sent a Complaint to Arucas Town Council via EasyFeedback for the allocated disabled parking, which is not yet enabled.

He sent the complaint through EasyFeedback and has received a response that she rates as a 10.

Ismael submitted a complaint to Walmart Mexico privately through EasyFeedback because he had received an order that was missing a product. Ismael requested a refund for that purchase.

"Very good response from Walmart, they forgot to deliver an item to me and then contacted me and had what I was missing delivered to my home address. Excellent service."

DSA sent a Complaint to the Hospital Univ. Nuestra Señora de Candelaria through EasyFeedback to be able to make a doctor’s appointment, as she had been on a waiting list for a long time.

The hospital gave a quick response to DSA, who has rated the attention with a 10.

"I had yet to have a PET scan and after the complaint they called me back soon, now I just need to start my treatment.”

José complained to Adidas through EasyFeedback for boots whose soles have come off after 2 months of use. He gave us a 9 to express his joy at receiving the season ticket sent to him by Adidas.

"They dealt with my complaint. They requested proof of the problem and proof of purchase. Once sent, they verified the veracity of the problem and issued a credit note for the amount of the defective product."

After sending a complaint to Ahorramas through EasyFeedback   for an offer that was advertised and was not applied at the time of going to the supermarket and asking for the offer to be applied, Gloria rates the solution obtained with a 10.
