"I had a problem with a cashier who did not want to receive a 500 Pesos note and would not give me change, I asked for help with change and she reluctantly gave it and made rude comments about the company. I went to EasyFeedback and they channelled me in a timely manner, I am very grateful for the support and follow-up to my problem."

NF sent a complaint via EasyFeedback to Lalín Town Council about a problem on the public highway that could lead to an accident. Lalín Town Council reacted quickly and solved the problem, and NF has given them a rating of 10.

After submitting a complaint to Pollo Campero through EasyFeedback about not being served correctly, Edwin received a response and an explanation of what happened, which he rates as a 10.
